Blurb:

Kaleidoscopes are made of many faceted pieces of broken glass. Alice is broken like that glass, and Travis did the shattering.
She breaks away to Escape, Colorado for its healing vibes, the love of her aunts, and a new beginning. Alice invests everything she has left—time, money, sweat, and tears into her new venture. This time, she’s not counting on a man.
This time, she picks up her own pieces and becomes the maker of her own dreams.
Whatever happens will be beautiful and powerful.
But, it would be so much more spectacular if she could find someone special to love her and share kaleidoscope dreams. In Escape, Colorado, where the scenery is breathtaking and the people are caring, perhaps, she will.

****My review****

5*****

I must admit I read romances very rare (unless historical), but this author has captivated me from the beginning and didn’t let me go till the end. This heart-warming, inspiring read is about a young strong woman, Alice, who escapes from buzzing big city life in New York and also from a painful break up with her treacherous, married boyfriend back to her hometown with such an inspiring name—Escape. Rita depicts vividly every single detail of this small town, where all citizens knows each other and where Alice builds her dream—a quilting art-shop and a studio “Kaleidoscope”, gathering debris of her broken heart, falling in love again,  and creating something truly inspiring.
